The 442d Force Support Squadron manages a Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen during Exercise Ozark Thunder 21-01, June 6 through 8, 2021, on Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. The SPEK maintained 24-hour operations throughout the exercise making enough food to feed approximately 200 members per meal. The SPEK offered members breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a midnight meal.
