ARC WEPTAC innovations help modernize legacy aircraft
The Air Reserve Component Weapons and Tactics Council (ARC WEPTAC) was held October 16-20 at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and at the Air National Guard’s 162nd Fighter Wing in Tucson, Arizona. This year's theme was “Defend the Homeland - Global Warfighters” which focused attendees on what they need to enhance the capabilities of their weapon systems and meet emerging needs. Colonel Rogelio Maldonado Jr., Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center Commander, addressed the audience Friday, October 20, to close the event. At the out brief, 37 representatives from different working groups discussed their findings with senior leadership from the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command.
