Colonel Bruce Cox accepts the Tenth Air Force Power and Vigilance Award from Mr. John Johnson of the Air Power Foundation. The Power and Vigilance Ward goes to the Tenth Air Force Unit that exhibits the Numbered Air Force's mission as "The premier provider of affordable, integrated, flexible, and mission-ready Citizen Airmen to execute power and vigilance in support of U.S. National Security."
