General Scobee Presents Colonel Terry with Legion of Merit
During his final commander's call, Major General Richard Scobee, Commander, Tenth Air Force, presented the Legion of Merit to Colonel Lloyd Terry Jr., special assistant and cyber operations advisor to the Tenth Air Force commander for exceptionally meritorious service while he served as the Commander, 960th Cyber Operations Group.
