Tyndall seeks child care needs info through survey

Team Tyndall,

Taking care of military families is one of the Air Force's top priorities. We are soliciting input from Tyndall families on their current child care needs. Completion of this questionnaire is voluntary. The results of this survey will assist Air Force leadership in determining the true child care need. NOTE: Upon standing child care back up at Tyndall, options will be limited on and off the installation and may be offered in a facility not designed for child care. These are short-term fixes as the Air Force works on repairing and/or replacing existing child and youth program facilities.

Please complete the Tyndall child care survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Tyndallchildcare or scan the QR code (below). Please do not discuss or comment on classified or operationally sensitive information. The questionnaire should only take about 15 minutes. The survey will close at 6 p.m. Dec. 7. NOTE: This is for Tyndall families only who are active duty, guard or reserve in an activated status, and DOD civilians.

For questions regarding this survey and/or child care options, please contact the Air Force point of contact, Patti Ann Mehrens at patti.mehrens@us.af.mil or call 210-395-7492.
