AFPC Airmen and Family Readiness Operations: toll-free (866) 299-0596. This organization can also assist with Needs Assessment and serves as a hotline for unit commanders, chiefs and first sergeants.

PMC Referral Waiver: If you are evacuated due to Hurricane Michael, you may not have to get a referral from your primary care manager to see a TRICARE authorized provider. This is also known as a blanket referral waiver. Visit Tricare.mil/Michael for a list of counties impacted in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina.
Emergency Rx Refills: Due to Hurricane Michael, emergency refill procedures are in place in Florida, Georgia and Virginia. Simply take your prescription bottle to any TRICARE retail network pharmacy.
