Samantha Mathison Tenth Air Force Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas -- During his final commander's call, Major General Richard Scobee, Commander, Tenth Air Force, presented the Legion of Merit to Colonel Lloyd Terry Jr., special assistant and cyber operations advisor to the Tenth Air Force commander for exceptionally meritorious conduct as he stood up the 960th Cyber Operations Group and served as its commander.
