Senate confirms 442d Fighter Wing Commander to be Brigadier General

The following named officers were confirmed by the Senate on Dec. 7, 2016, for appointment in the Reserve of the Air Force to the grade indicated under title 10, U.S.C., section 12203:

To be Brigadier General

Air Force Col. Brian K. Borgen has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Borgen is currently serving as commander, 442d Fighter Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.

Air Force Col. Jeffrey S. Hinrichs has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Hinrichs is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the deputy chief, Central Security Service, National Security Agency, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.

Air Force Col. Jay D. Jensen has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Jensen is currently serving as commander, 439th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts.

Air Force Col. Bret C. Larson has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Larson is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the director of plans, programs, requirements and assessments, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.

Air Force Col. Todd J. McCubbin has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. McCubbin is currently serving as deputy director of operations, Headquarters U.S. Southern Command, Miami, Florida.

Air Force Col. Patrice A. Melancon has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Melancon is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the director of civil engineers, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, District of Columbia.

Air Force Col. Ellen M. Moore has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Moore is currently serving as commander, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Air Force Reserve Command, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado.

Air Force Col. Boyd C. L. Parker IV has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Parker is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the director of strategic plans, requirements and programs, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Air Force Col. Steven B. Parker, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Parker is currently serving as the commander, 94th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.

Air Force Col. Bryan P. Radliff has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Radliff is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the commander, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Air Combat Command, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona.

Air Force Col. Scott A. Sauter has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Sauter is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the deputy chief of staff for manpower, personnel and services, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, District of Columbia.

Air Force Col. Constance M. Von Hoffman has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Von Hoffman is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the commander, Ogden Air Logistics Complex, Air Force Materiel Command, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
