Reservist overcome winter weather to give late Congressman final

The U.S. Army 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) body bearer team carries the casket of former World War II Army veteran and Congressman John D. Dingell at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Feb. 12, 2019. The longest-serving Congressional member in American history from 1955 to 2015, Dingell passed away Feb. 7, 2019, in Dearborn, Michigan.
