STEAM Challenge encourages innovation

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – A paper rocket is launched from a high-capacity launcher at a Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Design and Math challenge held at the Museum of Aviation Nov. 7, 2018. The STEAM challenge partnered students from Middle Georgia with 12 different mentors from Robins Air Force Base to build and launch a paper rocket, design a mission patch, solve a planet identification problem, and write a response to a message received from a planet outside the Milky Way Galaxy.
